These terms are an agreement between you and Tilbury Golf Academy. If you do not agree with them, please do not use this website. If you are registering another person for a program (including a junior golfer), you confirm that you have the authority to do so.

This website provides information about our facility, simulator rentals, instruction, club fitting, leagues, events, junior programs, and pro shop.

We work to keep information current, but hours, pricing, schedules, program details, and product availability can change without notice. The information on this site is provided for convenience and is not a binding offer. When in doubt, call us to confirm.

Products shown on this website are sold in person at the Academy. The site does not process payments or orders. Listed prices are for reference and may differ from in-store pricing, and availability is not guaranteed. Product names, brands, and images belong to their respective manufacturers and are used to identify the products we carry.

Bay, lesson, fitting, and putting bookings made through this website are handled by us. Some junior program registrations are handled through PGA.com, which has its own terms that apply when you use it. We are not responsible for the operation of third-party services, including the hosting provider that keeps this site running.

Tilbury Golf Academy sends two kinds of text messages. Booking and program messages (confirmations, reminders, and changes) go to the phone number you give us when you book or register; by booking or registering you agree to receive them. Offers and news go only to people who opted in by checking the marketing box or telling our staff. Opting in to offers and news is never required to book or register.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to cancel; reply HELP for help, or contact us at 260-667-1159 or jessica@tilburygolfacademy.com. After you reply STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not share your phone number or your opt-in with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

We measure how the website is used with cookie-free, aggregated analytics provided by Vercel, our hosting provider. This tells us which pages are visited and whether forms are completed; it does not identify you. Our Privacy Policy describes exactly what is recorded. By using the site you agree to this measurement.

Registration details, fees, formats, and schedules for leagues and events are described on the relevant pages and are part of these terms for participants:

• Fees are due as described for each program. Event fees are payable in cash and payment is what reserves your spot.
• For events with a stated cancellation window, cancelling inside that window (for example, within 48 hours of the event) forfeits the entry fee.
• Simulator time during leagues is billed at the stated hourly rate unless a pay-in-full package covering sim time was purchased.
• Events with an age requirement (for example, 18 and older) are strictly limited to eligible players. Junior programs require registration by a parent or legal guardian.
• We may adjust schedules, formats, payouts, or cancel a program when necessary. If we cancel a program outright, fees paid for it will be refunded.
• Payouts described for leagues and events are based on a full field and may be adjusted proportionally for smaller fields.

Participation at the facility is subject to our posted rules and staff instructions. Clubs and shoes must be clean and free of grass and dirt before use in the bays. We may refuse or end service for unsafe or abusive behavior.

Golf, including simulator golf, involves swinging clubs and moving balls in an enclosed space. You participate at your own risk and are responsible for the safety of your swing area, your guests, and any minors you bring to the facility.

The Tilbury Golf Academy name, logo, and the content of this website are owned by us or used with permission, and may not be copied or used commercially without our written consent. Third-party trademarks, including golf equipment brands, TrackMan, and program names, belong to their respective owners.

When using this website, you agree not to:

• Interfere with the operation or security of the site.
• Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or bulk-download content.
• Submit false, misleading, or abusive information through our forms.
• Impersonate another person or register someone without authority to do so.

This website is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tilbury Golf Academy and its owners, employees, and instructors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of this website. Our total liability arising out of the website will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or one hundred dollars, whichever is greater. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold the Academy harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the website, your violation of these terms, or information you submit through the site.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising under them will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Steuben County, Indiana.

We may update these terms from time to time. Updates take effect when posted, and the date at the top will change. Continued use of the site after an update means the updated terms apply.
